While in Scotland, I hurt my back for the first time in my golfing career. It started suddenly in the lower right back, which put me on the ground, and eventually worked it way across the rest of my lower back. Afterward, I tried to play but couldn't really turn through the ball consistently without feeling sharp pain. I want to get the back ready for Mid-Pines.
